Your contract is with Mr NP & Mrs SA Heyward ‘Transition’ is the name of the Stone house. A deposit is paid and the balance by transfer or cash on arrival. No contract shall exist between Mr & Mrs Heyward and the customer until the booking form and deposit/full holiday cost has been received. The customer shall mean the person in whose name the booking is made and shall include all persons on whose behalf the booking is made.
Can be via the website through Paypal or bank transfer.
The balance of monies due from the customer must be paid before commencement of holiday, if payment is not received as indicated the owners above, reserve the right to cancel the booking without further reference to the customer and any deposit paid shall be forfeited.
3. Cancellation of Holiday by Client
The customer party may cancel their holiday at any time providing that the cancellation is made in writing by the person on the booking form. As this incurs administration costs we will retain the deposit and in addition apply cancellation charges as shown below.
70 days or more deposit only
35 – 69 days 50% of total
0 – 34 days 100% of total
Note: If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of an insurance policy you may be able to reclaim these charges.
4. Cancellation of Holiday by the owners.
In circumstances where we are unable to provide you with the holiday booked, or an alternative date, we will return only monies paid to us by you.
We do not refund flights booked by you, we do not refund any monies paid direct to the workshop leader.
We advise all customers to take out holiday insurance.
6. What is included in the price of retreat holiday
•Use of the house garden and pool.
•Full board on workshop days only as stated by the time of start and finish.
•Bed linen, towels & household items
•Pool use at own risk.
•Workshops as indicated on website for that date, paid direct to Transition only.
Extra days booked are chargeable extras, as Bed and Breakfast, dinner and lunch are an extra charge.
8. What is not included in the price
In the event that a workshop leader has to cancel her trip with you, an alternative workshop will be provided. It cannot be guaranteed that it will have the same content, but every effort will be made to ensure you have a high quality replacement.
9. Showers and sharing
Please respect wishes of other room occupants within reason and take your turn. Wipe up after a shower.
For neighbours with regards to noise after 11pm and also other guests residing in the house.
11. Persons booked on the holiday
All guests must provide ID details prior to arrival as requested on the form sent, for registration with the tourist board.
